Eligibility
Communications Internship:
- The candidate must be available to work for a period of 6 months stating in April, 2018.
- The candidate must have the legal authorisation to work in Belgium (EU citizen)
- Fluency in English, good communication skills (oral and written) – ability to communicate formally and professionally
- Enthusiasm for and understanding of corporate communications and an interest in CSR/sustainability
- Resourceful with an appreciation for design and interest in creative communications
- Interest in developing online communication through e.g. social media
- Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task and respond rapidly to a number of simultaneous requests
- Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Experience with Adobe software (InDesign, PhotoShop etc. is a plus)
EU Relations Internship:
- The applicant must be either a recent graduate or a student who is required to complete an internship in order to finish their studies
- The candidate must be available to work for a period of 6 months
- The candidate must have the legal authorisation to work in Belgium (EU citizen)
- Excellent verbal and written English is required
- Fluency in English is essential (other languages desirable)
- Good understanding of the EU institutions and the business environment, interest in CSR issues
- Good communication skills (oral and written) – ability to communicate formally and professionally
- Strong experience with MS Office suite, e.g. PowerPoint
- Ability to deal with multi-disciplinary tasks and capacity to respond rapidly to a variety of diverse tasks
Membership and Stakeholder Relations Team Internship:
- Fluency in English is essential (other languages desirable)
- Good understanding of business, the business environment and CSR issues
- Good research skills: ability to find relevant information and summarise the essence
- Good analytical skills: ability to work with data on benchmarks and company assessments
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) : ability to provide both information in a timely, clear and concise manner; and to expresses ideas effectively, adjusting style, tools and mode to the needs of others
- Demonstrable experience with MS Office suite esp. strong skills with MS Excel required
- Capacity to rapidly respond to a variety of diverse tasks
- The applicant must be either a recent graduate or a student who is required to complete an internship in order to finish their studies
- The candidate must be available to work for a period of 6 months
